Please keep valid ID proof with you to present at the hotel/campus. We hold zero responsibility for any ID proof-related issues. As per the Government of India’s directives, all Indian/Foreign nationals need to present the proper ID proof while checking in. The identification proof can be the voter I’d card, passport & Visa, current driver’s license, along with a photograph.
Kindly inform us if you’re not able to climb the stairs, as all hotels do not necessarily have the lifts. You need to inform us in prior for any requirement of extra beds.
We presume that the persons are medically fit to go on the tour. If there is some sort of allergy or medical condition, we request you to inform us in advance.
Our normal packages do not contain any facility of WiFi or room heater. Some hotels may charge extra for the same, and that’s out of our control.
Please keep your check-in and check-out time clear as per hotel policy. Air conditions will not work in the hilly regions.
For any reason, if the vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons, we will do everything in our power to arrange an alternate vehicle asap. For minor issues, we will get the vehicle repaired in less time.
Any delay or alterations in the yatra are out of our control, although we tend to avoid them in all cases. There can be certain reasons like natural hazards, accidents, transport breakdown, landslides, blockades, etc.
Our drivers are well trained and avoid any no-entry zones or narrow streets creating a traffic jam. Kindly cooperate with the drivers in the hilly regions as it is a bit risky to handle.
Our pick-up and drop points will be the same for all travels. If you require multiple visits to some specific place, please mention the same in advance. No tour route/destination change will be possible without any prior notice.
There is no refund policy available for short stays or unused facilities. Guests should reach the parking place at their own expense.
Be it any bad weather, climate conditions, landslide, or any natural disaster, we do not hold any refund policy for any situations that are out of our control. Apart from the mentioned reasons, there can be certain others too. The company won’t be responsible for any theft/accident/death/theft too during the tour. Please consider valuing the precautionary measures at your end too and cooperate with our staff members as we are at your disposal.
