Odisha Heritage Tours: Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Bhubaneswar
• Arrival Bhubaneswar, meet our chauffeur at airport / railway station and transfer to hotel. Afternoon if time permits visit the ancient live temple Lingaraj where one can enjoy the early state of temple architect and iconography of Sapta Matrika, thousand Shiva shires, Lakulisa. Return back to hotel for overnight staying.
Day 02: Bhubaneswar Sightseeing
• Early morning, start the day with Mangal Aarti at Mukteswar temple. This is the only temple in Orissa where outside and inside both have carved many unique features, Bidalas, Egyptian art form, story of Panchatantra, main goal of life and inside carving such as Astha Matruka, quality of a female and many more.
• Lingaraj temple – 55 mts. height inside compound. There are 32 big and small temples worth to visit – allowed only for Hindu people / non-Hindu people can visit the temple on the top of platform.
• Vaital temple– (8th century AD, Khakaramundi temple) dedicate for the Sakti cult Chamunda. Outside of temple wall excursion the mixing forms of Shiva and Parvati.
• Rajarani temple– (11th century AD) like Besar style (central Indian temple architecture).
• Beautiful carving 8 dikpals and outside beautiful garden by ASI.
• Overnight stay in the same hotel at Bhubaneswar.
Day 03: Yogini Temple at Hirapur/Konark
• After breakfast checkout and proceed to visit the Yogini temple (9th century AD) at Hirapur.
• Yogini temple: was the place of sacrifice and worship of tantrism. Out of 4 yogini temple Hirapur is one of them.
• Proceed to Chaurasi (8th century AD). Witness the Barahi temple (Khakaramundi temple).
• Proceed on to Konark, check in at the pre booked hotel.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Konark.
Day 04: Konark – Puri
• After breakfast, excursion to world famous Konark – sun temple – 13th century AD (World Heritage Monument-UNESCO).
• Drive to Puri. Check in at the pre-booked hotel. Afternoon visit the local beach market.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Puri.
Day 05: Puri
• Visit the famous Jagannath temple (12th century AD)- allowed only for Hindu people.
• Afternoon visit the artisan village through typical countryside road.
• Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Puri.
Day 06: Departure
• Departure for Bhubaneswar to board the flight for onward destination.

If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay following cancellation charges
- More than 15 days before the departure date – 70% of total tour cost will be refunded.
- Between 08th to 15th day before departure date – 50% of total tour cost will be refunded.
- Up to 07th day before the departure date – No Refund.
- No show – No Refund.
- Cancellations after commencement of tour – No Refund.
